Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Director Communication and Navigational Surveillance (EG-09) on a contract basis. The contract duration is three years (extendable), and the selection will be based on suitability and merit. The monthly salary package is Rs. 589,254 with a 5% annual increment (negotiable). Positions with Qualifications
- Director Communication and Navigational Surveillance (EG-09)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Avionics, Telecommunication Engineering, or Computer Engineering from a recognized university.
- Professional Requirement: Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) where applicable.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in the maintenance, planning, development, and execution of projects related to Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) systems for Air Navigation Services. At least 8 years at a senior management level.
- Preferred Experience:
- Expertise in procurement, installation, maintenance, and operations of Radar, NAVAIDS, and Instrumental Landing Systems.
- Experience in policy formulation, developing strategies, and implementing procedures.
- Strong analytical, creative, and management skills.
- Proven track record of leadership in the aviation industry with successful project execution.
- Familiarity with local and international engineering standards, project management tools, and documented maintenance management systems.
- Knowledge of the aviation industry’s safety and compliance requirements.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, financial management, and planning skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- Age Limit: Maximum 57 years (including all age relaxations).
