Pakistan Gems and Jewellery Development Company (PGJDC), under the Ministry of Industries and Production, Government of Pakistan, is seeking a Qualified, Experienced, and Dynamic Professional for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The position is based at Head Office, Karachi, and will be filled on a merit basis on a contract (renewable subject to satisfactory performance). Positions with Qualifications
- Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a relevant discipline from a reputable foreign/local institution recognized by HEC.
- Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including 7 years in a senior management position in a reputable local or foreign organization.
- Expertise in project planning and implementation processes with the Government of Pakistan.
- Knowledge of technology projects, HR capacity building, and marketing/branding of Gems & Jewellery in a reputable organization.
- Strong leadership qualities, analytical skills, report writing, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to network and balance the interests of multiple stakeholders.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani national.
- Candidates with dual nationality are not eligible.
- Maximum age limit: 58 years at the time of application submission.
