- Review all contracts, agreements, letters, and proposals for legal compliance.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Law degree from an HEC-recognized university (Solicitor, Bar-at-Law, LL.M. preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of legal experience, including 1-2 years in a junior management role.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, PPRA, and intellectual property laws.
- Maintain corporate litigation records and liaise with external lawyers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Law degree from an HEC-recognized university (Solicitor, Bar-at-Law, LL.M. preferred).
- Experience: 6-8 years in a large national or multinational organization, with 3-6 years in a senior legal role.
- Skills:
- Strong legal interpretation and drafting expertise.
- Excellent presentation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Age Limit: Preferably below 40 years.
- Location: Karachi & Islamabad.
