Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) – BPS-17
Total Number of Posts: 47
Qualification Required:
- B.E. (Civil Engineering) with at least 2nd Division from a recognized university
- Registration as a Professional Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
Quota Distribution:
- Open Merit (Male/Female): 36 Posts
- Differently Abled Persons: 2 Posts
- Minority Quota: 2 Posts
- Female Quota: 7 Posts
Application Process & Instructions
- SPSC has implemented online fee submission. Candidates must generate a PSID and pay a Challan of Rs. 1000 via any online payment channel using the “1 Bill Invoice/Service” option.
- A single Challan is acceptable for all categories of one post.
- Candidates with equivalent degrees can apply only if the qualification explicitly allows for equivalency.
- Initial registration is required at the official SPSC website (www.spsc.gov.pk). After registration, candidates may apply through the “Available Jobs” section.
- Options like domicile, age, qualification, experience, and test center once selected cannot be changed after the closing date.
- Candidates must hold the required qualifications and experience by the closing date of the advertisement.
- Experience is counted from the date the required academic qualification is obtained.
- Incomplete applications and those not meeting the eligibility criteria will not be considered.
- The number of posts may vary without prior notice.
- Candidates already working in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through proper channel.
- The Commission reserves the right to rectify any errors at any stage.

Important Note
- The online application feature remains open round the clock but will close on 23 April 2025 at 5:00 PM.
- General age relaxation will be applicable as per Notification No. SOII (SGA&CD) 5-64/2011(Part-1) dated 06 March 2025. (This relaxation is not applicable to Police Service or posts filled via Combined Competitive Examinations.)
